- यदि किसी लड़की की कुंडली में मंगली योग के कारण विवाह में देरी हो रही हो तो वह मंगलवार को मंगल चंडिका स्तोत्र के मंगलवार को पाठ करें। तथा शनिवार को सुंदरकांड के पाठ करें। इससे विवाह की बाधा दूर हो जाएगी।
- उम्र अधिक होने के बाद भी यदि विवाह नहीं हो रहा हो तो शुक्रवार की रात को ८ सूखे छुआरे पानी में उबाल कर उस पानी के साथ ही अपने शयन स्थान पर सिरहाने रखकर सोएं। तथा शनिवार को सुबह स्नान करने के बाद किसी बहते जल में प्रवाहित कर दें।
- जल्दी विवाह हेतु प्रत्येक सोमवार को १२०० ग्राम चने की दाल और सवा किलो कच्चा दूध दान करें। जब तक विवाह न हो जाये , तब तक करे।
- विवाह योग्य कन्या का विवाह करने हेतु किसी भी पूर्णिमा को एक मिटटी के कलश में जल भरकर उसमे एक कमल का फूल और एक कमल गट्टा डाल कर पांच सुहागन महिलाओं से चौकी पर बिछे लाल वस्त्र पर रखवा दें। उस कलश को किसी विद्वान् ब्राह्मण से श्रीसूक्त से अभिमंत्रित करवा कर सुहागन स्त्रियों से अभिषेक करवाकर ब्राह्मण से ॐ गं गणपत्यै नमः की २० माला उसी ब्राह्मण से करवाएं। अगले दिन किसी भी मंदिर में उस कलश को रखवा दें। इस प्रयोग से कुछ ही समय में विवाह निश्चित हो जायेगा।
- जिस लड़की की शादी करनी हो, वह शादी वाले घर में जाकर , जिस लड़की की शादी हो , उसके हाथ से थोड़ी मेहँदी खुद के हाथ में लगवा ले। इससे विवाह के योग जल्दी बनेंगें।
- जब भी लड़की के परिजन बाहर विवाह की बात करने जाये तो वह लड़की लाल कपड़े पहन कर बाल खोल कर परिजनों को मीठा खिलाकर हँसते हुए विदा करें। परिजनों के वापस आने तक अपने बाल खुले ही रखें।
- विवाह की बात चलने के समय में लड़की कभी भी पैर हिलाएं। पैरों को घसीट कर न चलें। पैर पर पैर रखकर न बैठे। पैर घसीट कर चलने से दरिद्रता आती है। बनते हुए काम भी बिगड़ जाते है।

in the hands of a girl whom she is married. This will increase the instances of
marriage sooner.
Whenever the
girl's relatives go out to talk about marriage, then the girl wear red clothes
and open her hair and feed the family with sweetness and laugh. Keep your hair
open until the family comes back.
